A selection committee is organized to proactively recognize prospective developers. It won't preclude multiple programs from being awarded or the same developer from being awarded multiple times.

At the UEC Cup Computer Go Tournament, we will actively evaluate creative programs based not only on strength but also on our own evaluation criteria.
